(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Aug. 27. Mr Justice Hardie Boys today discharged without trial Barry Clinton Moran, aged 23, workman, on a charge of making an indecent suggestion over the telephone. His Honour told the jury that he had heard submissions from counsel in their absence, and had decided to take this course. Such a discharge had the effect of an acquittal.
