The applicant asks that his land may be used for the additional purpose of commercial premises in connexion with the applicant’s business of garage and service statidn. Any person or body objecting to or supporting .the proposals or desiring variation of them is required to'submit arguments in writing to the Town Clerk, Christchurch City Council, not later than September 9, 1994. Any person or body so objecting- to or supporting the Application is entitled to be heard by the council or by a committee thereof constituted for the pui*pose.
