Farrar Leading Waikato
One Kiwi and three North Island representatives are included in the Waikato Rugby League team to play Canterbury at Christchurch on Saturday. G. S. Farrar represented New Zealand in the first test against Australia in 1961. He later toured Great Britain and France later in the year. The North Island players are the forwards J. Puke (1964) and P. Pique (1962) and the centre E. Burke (1964). The touring team is:— Backs: W. King, J. Nicholson, C. Tarawhiti, B. Barakat, R. Soloman, N. Nikora, E. Burke, D. Perry, G. S. Farrar. Forwards: S.
