Two Women Injured

Two women were injured when two cars and a light truck were involved in a collision near the Stanmore road bridge last evening. One of the cars was overturned. Mrs V. Hardman, of 29 Hawdon street, who was in the truck, suffered minor injuries. She was treated at the Christchurch Hospital and discharged.

Mrs J. M. Truscott, of 8 Nalder street, who was thrown out of the overturned car, suffered shock and superficial injuries. She was admitted to Princess Margaret Hospital. All the vehicles involved were extensively damaged.
