Fortune To Be Tested

SYDNEY, July 21. The validity of the huge £6.5m fortune left by the brewery magnate, Mr Edmund Resch, will be tested in the Supreme Court. The will executors, the Perpetual Trustee Company, Ltd., announced today that about two-thirds of the will, including a payment of £BO,OOO each year for 200 years to St. Vincent’s Private Hospital, would be Involved in the court proceedings.
