WELLINGTON, July 7. The weather at noon in New Zealand’s main cities yesterday was:— Auckland: 59 degrees Fahrenheit, cloudy, north wind at 15 knots. Wellington: 48 degrees, overcast, light drizzle, south 15 knots. Christchurch: 49 degrees, cloudy, calm. Dunedin:. 45 degrees, cloudy, south-west. 5 knots. Maximum and minimum temperatures and weather reported by the Associated Press from overseas cities were:— Rome, 69, 84, hazy sun; Paris, 53, 69, overcast; London, 52, 66, sunny; Moscow, 57, 66, cloudy. New York, 61, 85, clear; San Francisco, 52, 62, clear; Tokyo, 73, 87, clear.
