Effect Of Tourney

In ap attempt to find the best team to represent Canterbury in the 1964 national Rothman s Inter-club tournament. the board of control of the Can terbury Rugby League last evening decided to alter the draw for the last two rounds

It had been found that the co-leaders. Hornby and Christchurch, had been drawn to meet on July 18 while the Can terbury team was playing Wellington at Wellington. Mr E. G. Blazey suggested the draw be changed to allow the leaders to meet on July 11. Mr L. R. Huston (aid Papanui would then have a grievance as it would meet Christchurch while the representative team was away. The two top teams must be given the opportunity of meeting while at full strength. Str Blazey said. j The secretary. Mr D. G.
