Emphasis On Road Safety

(N Z. Press Association) GISBORNE, May 22. I There can be no let-up in road safety efforts, the Com-; missioner of Transport (Mr R. J. Polaschek) told the ! annual conference of the Motor-Omnibus Proprietors' Association in Gisborne. Mr Polaschek said he was very pleased with the results of the recent national "acci-dent-free” day project “The whole object was to stimulate interest in road safety and I think that we did succeed.”
