INDONESIAN SABOTAGE
Warning Of Increase (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright > SINGAPORE, May 11. The Singapore Prime Minister, Mr Lee Kuan Yew, .said last night the Government had received intelligence reports which indicated an Indonesian military build-up at Pulau Samboe, an Indonesian island about 11 miles off Singapore. Mr Lee warned his people to expect another wave of sabotage in the next four to eight weeks. He attributed the present lull in Indonesian bombings and other acts of sabotage against Singapore to the reorganisation of the “Indonesian sabotage network." Mr Lee said the organisation had been dislocated by the arrests of many of their infiltrators.
He was speaking at a meeting of a Chinese association.
