ROBB CUP TEAMS
Rival Players In Clash The two, leading centre-halves in Christchurch—D. Simmonds, the Nomads captain, and G. Evans, player-coach of City—are in opposing teams when the New Zealand-born .and the Overseasborn meet tor the Robb Cup at English Park on Saturday. This is one of several positions in which rivals for this year's representative team clash. D. Smith and K. Flintham are in opposing goals, A. Westwood and W. Brown are the right-backs, R. Foley and H. Taylor, the right-halves, and P. Kay and F. Ouwerkerk, the inside-lefts. The chance has also been given to several young players to gain selection. R. Lili, of University, is on the right-wing for the New Zealand-born, and in the same team is J. ’Crookston, the Technical left-back. The teams are:

Smith; R. Foley (New Brighton), G. Evans ' (City), D. Donaldson (Nomads): A. Verham (Technical), D. Sansbury (Shamrock), A van Rooyen, F. Ouwerkerk (Nomads), F. Madrussen (City).
