Building Up Time

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 17. A list of 40 prospective players will be announced for the 1964 national coaching school, Mr W. Telford, convener of the National selectors, announced at the annual conference of the New Zealand Rugby League in Auckland today. “Now is the time to start building up for the French team and for the World Cup and England-France tour next year,” said Mr Telford. “From the school this year we will get a good indication of what players we have available.”

It was decided to continue the combined provincial training schools which were begun last year. Nearly every delegate at the conference said his province had gained great benefit from the schools.
