Rev. L. Jones For St. Paul’s
The Rev. L. Jones, minister at Knox Church, Masterton, will become the minister of St. Paul’s Church, Christchurch.
Mr Jones, who has been stationed at Masterton since 1956, has served on several committees of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church of New Zealand. Before going to Masterton he was minister in charge of Roslyn parish, Dunedin.
Mr Jones will succeed the Very Rev. S. C. Francis, who is now director of the Presbyterian Social Services Association, Southland. St. Paul’s has been without a minister since the end of October.
