Found Guilty Of Desertion

AUCKLAND, April 1. The bandsman, Leading Musician Patrick Flynn, was today held to have been guilty of desertion when he appeared before the commanding officer of H.M.N.Z.S. Philomel, Captain J. P. S. Valiant.
Flynn was remanded for confirmation of sentence, which is expected to be announced later this week.
