N.Z. Soldier Dies In Malaya
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 1. Army Headquarters confirmed today that a Dannevirke soldier, Private O. T. Dawson, of the Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment in Malaya, died yesterday as a result of a head injury received in a fall. Private Dawson slipped while taking a shower and struck his head.
