Springfield School Committee
A committee was elected for the Springfield School at a meeting of householders
on Thursday evening. It was the third meeting called since last April to elect a committee.
The committee comprises Mirs E. Rennie (chairman) Messis R. Anderson (secre-tary-treasurer), C. Stott, J. L. Broughton and W. J. Voss.
Mr D. Waghorn, a member of the Canterbury Education Board, presided at the meeting. The secretary-manger of the board (Mr W. P. Spencer) also attended.
