(N.Z. Press Association) APIA, March 11. Cricketers excelled themselves In a final match of the season last Saturday between Avele and Teachers* Training College. The manager of Morris Hedstrom, J. Lissington, hit five consecutive sixes off the bowling of the Samoa College headmaster, R. Coldham. Then a Bank of Western Samoa accountant and a former No. 8 forward for Athletic Club, Wellington, G. Paul, took six wickets in one eightball over. **l should have been more careful with those other two balls,** said Paul, when selectors overlooked him for representative honours.
