Stephen Water
Sold
"The Press” Special Service INVERCARGILL, Feb. 18. The three-year-old Garrison Hanover colt, Stephen Water, which had won twice and had been twice placed in seven starts this season, has been sold to Auckland and has been sent north. A member of the noted First Water family, Stephen Water has been most impressive in his racing. By Garrison Hanover, he is out of the Sandydale mare Similas, a half-sister to Sally Walla (dam of Sally Boy), Lassaloc, Gentles, Quiet Water and others. It has been one of the best branches of the family and Stephen Water should do it further credit.
