Phillips Brands To Be Produced (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, February 17. W. D. and H. O. Wills (New Zealand), Ltd., have agreed to undertake production of tobacco products now being produced by Godfrey Phillips (New Zealand), Ltd. Arrangements had been made for the absorption of Godfrey Phillips employees by the Wills organisation and generous treatment would be given to the few employees who might become redundant.
All other company activities, including distribution and selling arrangements, brand promotion and accounting, will - remain unchanged.
