Four Weeks’ Holiday
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, Feb. 18. The New South Wales Cabinet today granted four weeks’ annual leave to all 160,000 Government employees. The Premier, Mr J. Heffron, said the additional leave would’ cost £2,700,000. It was more than 60 years since their holidays had been varied, he added.
