Creditors’ Meetings Adjourned

Because there was not a quorum, a meeting of creditors of Ronald Stanley Batchelor, a council employee, of Rotherham, was adjourned sine - die yesterday by the Official Assignee (Mr P. D. Clancy). Batchelor was adjudged bankrupt on February 5. His statement of affairs showed debts of £334 12s 31d and no assets. A meeting of creditors of Reginald Fitzsimon, a machine .operator, of Christchurch, was similarly adjourned. Fitzsimon, who was adjudged bankrupt on February 6, had a deficiency of £lB3 19s. His debts totalled £258 19s.
