Against Ban On Advertising
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 17. Three Wellington City councillors have given notice of motion to rescend the council decision to ban cigarette advertisements in city buses and property. They are Messrs S. Duff, who did not vote on the issue on Wednesday night, D. McGrath, who voted against it, and N. Manthell, who is chairman of the city transport committee.
