WESTPORT, February 1«. Good weather is predicted for the second day of the Westport Jockey Club’s meeting tomorrow. The track is likely to be hard and fast. The off-course double will be on the Morley and Slee Handicaps. Riccarton is expected to provide the two most favoured in the first leg. They are Foxy Boy and Picright. The former equalled the track record for a mile on Saturday in the Patterson Handicap, a race in which Picright finished on well for fourth. The extra two furlongs should suit the latter tomorrow. The Totara Flat pair. Silver Shell and Rae’s Hope, both won on the opening day and they should fight out the finish of the second leg. the Slee Hack Handicap.
