Wool At 56d Average
Last week’s Wellington wool sale was the best of the New Zealand season to date. The average sale price was 58tid per lb, compared with 57%d at Napier the previous week, and just -under 45d at the corresponding sale .to Wellington last year. The national average for the . 1963-64 season is now more than 56d. At the same time last year, it was just under 42d, and the average for the whole of last season was 42jd.
