LECTURER IN HISTORY AND POLITICAL SCIENCE The Lecturer will be expected to participate in the teaching of a first-year course on the Modern Democratic State and of such more advanced courses as may be kindred to his research interests. Preference will be given to applicants who have already specialised or are prepared to specialise in the field of Public Administration. LECTURER IN EDUCATION Preference will be given to graduates in Mathematics or Science who have subsequently specialised in Education. A special interest in psychology or in statistical research in Education would be welcome. SALARY SCALES: Reader, £A3300-100-3600; Senior Lecturer, £A2700-110-3259; Lecturer, £AIBOO-100-2600; with superannuation on the F.S.S.U. basis. In each case the Initial salary will be fixed within the scale in accordance with the successful applicant's qualifications and previous experience.
