Cycling Tour Now Off

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Jan. 24. New Zealand will not now have the chance of seeing three of the finest amateur cyclists in the world as arrangements for the scheduled tour has fallen through. The Amateur Cycling Association has been endeavouring since November to bring out the ■ 21-year-old French star, Jean Jourdan, who won the world road championship in Berne when he was only 18, and Andre Gruchet and Jean Arze.
