Pone Kingpetch, of Thailand, won the world flyweight boxing title last night when he outpointed the holder, Hiroyuki Ebihara, of Japan, over 15 rounds in Bangkok. For Kingpetch, the victory was revenge. Ebihara took the title from him in a firstround knockout in Tokyo last September.
