“Ave Maria” Setting

Sir,—A friend of mine had a copy of an “Ave Maria” setting written by R. A. Horne, of Ashburton. As I remember he was the manager of the Bristol Piano Company then. The copy was lost, and I should like to get another copy of it if possible. It was sung by Frank Nicholls. Mr Horne’s widow, I understand, is still living. If you would be kind enough to print this letter, maybe someone who has a copy would send it to me to have a copy taken off. I would return it to the sender. —Yours, etc., MILDRED VINSON. San Francisco, January 6, 1964.
