Dunn’s Second Century (N.Z. Press Association) DUNEDIN, Jan. 12. Two unbeaten centuries featured the senior cricket in | Dunedin on Saturday when competitions resumed. The former Northern Districts representative. P. Skelton, scored a chanceless 101 against Dunedin, while S. Dunn (Taieri) made 128 not out against University. It was Dunn’s second century of the season in club cricket. Albion, which scored the only outright win now leads the competition. Senior A.—Dunedin 231 for six declared (P. Skelton 101 not out) beat Kaikorai 78 (J. Flaherty five for 27. D. Billcliffe five I for 41) on the first innings. Albion, 195 for five declared I (J. Paul 87. L. D. Smith 63) beat North-east Valley 86 (D. McKechnie five for 33) and 67 (McKechnie six for 37) outright. Carisbrook 165 (J. N. Graves seven for 65) beat Grange 127 on the first innings. Senior B.—Taieri 226 for two declared (S. Dunn 128 not out); beat University 107 (W. Gale eight for 42) on the first inn- : ings. Old Boys 165 (R. Everest five I for 50) and 20 for none declared beat Kaikorai B 104 (J. N. Huggett five for 35) and 66 I for eight, on the first innings.
