(NX Press Asm.—Copyright) LOS ANGELES, Dec. 27. A Federal Grand Jury yesterday heard the opening of the Government’s case against three men accused of kidnapping Frank Sinatra, jun.

The case, presented secretly in accordance with Grand Jury procedure, will be completed on January 2. Those arrested were Barry Worthington Keenan and Joseph Clyde Amsler, both 23, and John William Irwin, •ged 42.

Sinatra was kidnapped at a Nevada resort on December • and released unharmed 53 hours later. Most of the 240.000 dollars ransom was recovered.
