Creditors’ Meeting Adjourned

As there was no quorum, the Official Assignee (Mr P. D. Clancy) adjourned sine die a meeting of creditors of Henry George Gilbert Kingsbury, a gardener. Kingsbury was adjudged bankrupt on December 3. Mr Clancy said that Kingsbury's statement of affairs showed his total debts to be £376 2s 3d and no assets.

December 30: Plunket Shield cricket, Otago-Auck-land (to January 1). National bowling tournament begins (to January 13), New Zealand Scottish Country Dance Society annual summer school begins. January 23: Plunket Shield cricket, Ota go-Central Districts (to January 25). January 24: Clutha Valley District High School anniversary celebrations. January 25: Dunedin festival week begins (to February 2). Caledonian Games with visiting Australian athletes. Otago country swimming championships, Alexandra.
