No Transistors
Signs that it is an offence against city by-laws to play transistor radios in public transport will go up in Welj lington buses and trams next year. The council approved the prohibition last week, and :the by-laws will be amended to enforce the edict. Drinking and eating already are ' banned. —<P,A.)
