Auckland League Wins The Auckland Chess League has been declared the winner of the national Bledisloe Cup tournament, after adjudication of unfinished games In the Canterbury-Auckland telegraphic match. Bridge Traffic.— Traffic volume across the Auckland Harbour Bridge in October was 671,385 vehicles, or 17.1 per cent higher than the 573,269 vehicles in the corresponding month of last year. —(P.A.)
