A double-brick house at 119 Clyde road, Fendalton, was passed in at £6950 at public auction. The property was offered on account of the estate of E. C. Anderson. The auctioneer was Mr R. R. Livingstone. The house has three bedrooms, hall, dining room, sitting room, sunporch, kitchen, pantry, bathroom, and laundry. A house with a slipway to the lawn on the waterfront at Charteris Bay was passed in at £3500. The property was offered on account of Mr C. Sleeman by Mr D. O. Chapman.
The house, of two storeys, has a lounge, kitchenette, three bedrooms, and bathroom, Outbuildings include a garage. Offered on account of Mr L. Brown, a two-storey bungalow at 55 Shackleton street, South Brighton, was passed in. The auctioneer was Mr J. Dyer. The house, on a section of 29.7 perches, has three bedrooms, sunroom, lounge, dining room, kitchenette, pantry, bathroom, enclosed porch, and garage.
