The Australian jockey. Scobie Breesley is suing Odhams Press, Ltd., for alleged libel, claiming unspecified damages.

The suit is in respect of two newspaper articles in the "Daily Herald” and ‘‘Sporting life,” which are published by Odhams.

The actions will be heard before a High Court jury. No date has been set. Mr Justice Winn ordered today that the claims should not be heard before November 11.

Odhams Press denies the articles are defamatory.
