Braganza’s Record

Braganza is still winning in the United States. He put up a record gallop for nine furlongs on grass at Del Mar recently when he won the Escondido Handicap, worth 20,000 dollars. His winning margin was two lengths and a half. Braganxa has won two of his last four races and has been placed in the others. He has become something better than a second string to Cadiz for Mr Victor Graber, who bought both horses in a package deal from Mr A. N. Smith, of Dunedin.
