A bungalow and a factory at 21-27 Leyden street, oft Ferry road, were sold for £6500 at public auction yesterday. The bungalow brought £3450. and the factory £3050. The auctioneer was Mr C. M Robertson.

The L-shaped brick bungalow, on a section of 24 perches, has three bedrooms, lounge, kitchen-dining-room, and bathroom. The factory includes several buildings with 5500 sq. ft. iff floor space. A stone-veneer bungalow with a tiled roof at 32 Trafford street. Harewood, was' sold for £2915. The auctioneer was Mr E. G. Keenan. The house has three bedrooms, living room, and kitchen with dining alcove. It was a mortgagee's sale. A bungalow at 95 Opawa road was sold for £2500. The auctioneer was Mr N. H. McCrostie. The initial bid was £2300. There were two bids of £lOO. The house has two living rooms, tu’o bedrooms, sunroom. kitchenette, bathroom, and laundry. There is also a garage on toe section of 24 perches.
