Mr L. R. Short Elected

The Canterbury District Council of the Federation of Labour last night elected Mr L. R. Short, on the first counst, as a replacement for Mr F. L Langley on the federation’s national council Other nominations were Messrs F. E McNulty and R J. Pitcairn.

Mr Langley hag been elected to the national executive of the F.O.L.
