Divorce Petition Dismissed
In the Supreme Court yesterday Mr Justice Wilson dismissed a petition for divorce brought by Andrew Smith McHardy, a retired railway worker.
McHardy (Mr N. G. Hattaway) alleged adultery by his wife. Olive McHardy (Mr H. F. Murphy). Frederick Bradley, a labourer, of Auckland (Mr R. S. Sanders), was cited as corespondant.
