Multi Listing Sales
Property listings and sale* by the Multiple Listing Bureau of Christchurch are well ahead of last year and sales have added up to more than £750.000. according to the bureau's latest release During July, bureau members made 54 sales—44 per cent of the 122 properties listed Best listing agent sale was of a house at Gleneagles terrace. Fendaliton. that changed hands for £6450 A house in Wilfred street. Fendalton, was sold for £7850 in a conjunctional sale In the four months to July 31. the bureau listed 544 properties and made 227 sales worth £573.020 in all. This compares with 436 listings and 191 sales, worth £716.505 in the same four months last year.
