In turn, Kimberley-Clark of Australia will acquire all the shares in Apcel, Ltd., from A.P.M. Dawn Tissues Since 1961, A.P M. has manufactured single - ply paper, subsequently marketed under the Dawn trade name, at the Apcel mill in South Australia. Under the new arrangement. A.P.M. will participate equally with KimberleyClark in the manufacture, conversion and marketing of Kleenex and Dawn tissues.
