Dr. A. M. Finlay, president of the New Zealand Labour Party, will meet the Christchurch Regional Labour Council this morning. This afternoon, he will visit the New Zealand Industries Fair after addressing a lunch time meeting at the Addington workshops. He will speak at a public meeting in the Wairakei road School this evening. Dr. Finley will return to Auckland tomorrow. Dr. J. R. Duthie, a rheumatologist on the staff of the University of Edinburgh, will arrive in New Zealand at Christchurch on September 21. He will visit several centres before going to Rotorua to take part in a postgraduate course in rheumatic disorders there on October 1 and 2. In Christchurch, he will give a one-day course at the Christchurch Hospital on September 23 under the aegis of ttie Christchurch Hospitals Post-graduate Society. Dr. Duthie is a specialist in rheumatoid arthritis.
