COMMUNIST DELEGATES
Departure For Talks (N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Aug. 25. Two of the four New Zealand Communist Party delegates who will visit Moscow for talks on ideological differences within the Communist movement left Auckland by air today. They are the national president (Mr M. H. Williams) and the editor of the the “People’s Voice,” Mr A. Ostler.
The general secretary, Mr V. G. Wilcox, and a member of the political committee of the party, Mr D. Woolf, will leave for Moscow on Tuesday.
