The American professional. W. Casper, shot a six-under-pEr 65 today for a onestroke victory tn the Hartford open golf tournament. Casper, who had been ou>: of action for three months with an injured hand, collected the first prize of 6400 dollars with his total of 271. In second place, G. Bayer, witih a par 71 for 272 won 3600 dollars. The United States open champion, J. Boros, finished in a tie for the twelfth place with a 281.
