Rehearing Ordered
Mr Justice Macarthur h”s made an order for the rehearing, in the Magistrate’s Court, of a dispute between the owner of a garage, Milda Elizabeth Eade (Mr M. F. Hobbs), and the tenant, Allan Jackson (Mr R. K. Godfrey). In the Magistrate’s Court on June 4, Mr J. D. Willis. S.M., found for Jackson in an action by Eade for the recovery of rent for the premises. In a reserved judgment delivered in the Supreme Court yesterday, his Honour ruled that the Magistrate decided the case on an incorrect basis of law, and ordered a rehearing.
