Died After Race Crash (N.Z Press Association) INVERCARGILL. Aug. 1«. Requiem Maes would be celebrated in Vannea Cathedral, North-Wert France, on Saturday morning for the Invercargill cyclist, John Holloway. his father. Mr J. F Holloway, said tonight. He understood his son would be buried In France, although a Press AssociationReuter report from France said the body would be returned to New Zealand. The only close relative at the cathedral service would be a cousin. Mins Flora McKay. of Dunedirt, who was on holiday in the Channel Islands when John Holloway died. Holloway died on Wednesday after being involved in a crash during a cycling race at Loudeuc. Western France, on Monday. He died of a fractured skull, without regaining consciousness. He was competing in the Breton tnid-August rally. It was understood that Holloway had worked night and day for two years to pay his fare to France to compete in cycle races.
