Desertion.—John Michael Mee (Mr Brockett) v. Lesley Deuchar Mee; Janice Booth Kirk (Mr J. E. Millar) v. John William Kirk. Discharged From Bankruptcy Kevin John Thompson (Mr L. H. Moore), a workman, and Percy Leonard Wills (Mr A. K. Archer), a hardware merchant, were discharged from bankruptcy by Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday. The Official Assignee (Mr O. T Grattan) offered no opposition.
