) Mr Hanan In Favour (NJE. Fraas Association) WBLUNGTCN, July XL He favoured the concept of a peripatetic court to aerve from time to tone in different coumtriee of the Commonwealth, said the Minister of Justice (Mr Hanan) today. Mr Hanan was commenting on a London report that the Colonial Secretary (Mr Sandys) favoured the idee that the judicial committee of the Brivy Council should go on a circuit in the Commonwealth.
A peripatetic court would create more awareness within the Commonwealth of a common rule of law, said Mr Hanan.
However, he conceded that there were particular difficulties for some countries.
