Attending Two Conferences

The Rev. S. Dawson, minister of the Durham Street Methodist Church, and Mrs Dawson will leave Christchurch today for a threemonth world trip. Mr Dawson has been appointed a consultant at the meeting of the central committee of the World Council of Churches at Rochester. New York.

He will also be a delegate at an interchurch aid conferference to be held under the guidance of the East Asian Christian Conference in Hong Kong, in October. Mrs Dawson will be an official observer at this conference.
