PONCHOS FOR WINTRY WEATHER.—This reversible poncho cape, with a matching hood, is in heavy wool—tartan on one side, plain on the other. The edges are bound in black leather, with matching buttons down the front. It comes from a recent London collection shown by Paul Blanche.
