(Parliamentary Reporter) WELLINGTON, July 9 Net expenditure in the year ended March 31 on the Nelson cotton mill was £207.590 said the Controller and Audi-tor-General (Mr A. D. Bums) in his annual report to Parliament today. Actual expenditure was £310.606, reduced by £103,016 from the sale of machinery and by other miscellanebus receipts. Net expenditure over the last two years was £665,546. Certain minor compensation claims still under discussion, and legal and professional fees incurred remained to be settled after the end of last financial year. These will be offset by the proceeds from the disposal of the mill buildings and the sale of plant
